The video lessons listed below cover a range of introductory topics in qualitative research. They were produced by faculty, researchers and students of the Centre for Critical Qualitative Health Research (www.ccqhr.utoronto.ca) at the University of Toronto in 2018, to share ways of thinking about and doing qualitative research in health and to fill a gap identified in the province of Ontario, where training in this area is concentrated in the south. The lessons offer additional resources, such as bibliographies, and tips applied to the Canadian health field. An introductory chapter on qualitative health research is also available here (http://qualitativeresearchontario.openetext.utoronto.ca/).

These lessons are an invitation to reflect on how qualitative health methodology is used in the Canadian and Brazilian contexts, on how to present Brazilian studies to international audiences, and on how to advance the creation of content that can be shared across multiple higher education institutions.

Portuguese subtitles are available for every lesson; the Portuguese titles were translated freely, since some terms are not yet settled in that language.
